Pre-K | Parent-Child Swim Camp

Parent-Child Swim Camp is a weekday program that takes place from 1–2 pm over a two-week period for Pre-Kindergarten deaf/hard of hearing infants and toddlers accompanied by a parent* (required). 


Campers will learn to be comfortable in the water with their parents and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence building experiences. This camp features signing lifeguards and instructors, split into two groups: Water Discovery: Introducing the aquatic environment, and Water Exploration: Exploring body positions, blowing bubbles and fundamental safety and aquatic skills.

Grade Levels: Pre-Kindergarten, Ages 3-4-5

Dates:  June 6-16, 2023 (Tuesday-Friday June 6-9 and Monday-Friday June 12-16)

Hours:  Afternoon, 1-2 pm (daily drop off/pick up; see Tiny Tots Camp)

Location:  Texas School for the Deaf, Austin, TX

Host:  Statewide Outreach Center at TSD

Fee:  $200
